This beautiful parcel, located in Izard County Arkansas, is on a major tributary of the famous White River. It includes six acres with 400 feet of creek frontage, and faces a 90 foot high bluff. The property is located on Piney Creek, about 1/2 mile from its juncture with the White River, and is seven miles south of Calico Rock.

Piney Creek is primarily spring fed and has good year round flow even in drought years. Fishing for Small Mouth Bass is excellent from April to October. Through April it has good Rainbow Trout Fishing. It is good wading, floating and kayaking and fair canoeing. It is superior for family fun, warmer and less hazardous than the White River which is best enjoyed by boat.
This area abounds in deer, turkey and other wildlife, with beautiful spring and fall foliage.
